in 1925 there was neglect against the LGTBQ+ community. being in a relationship with another gender other then the opposite gender. They say that people who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, omnisexual, etc. are mentally ill. And so they created a secret place in Illinois for the mentally ill.
