Humankind is not the only intelligent existence on the planet. They share the world with many others. None more prominent than the immortal Merfolk. Humans and Merfolk exist and coexist peacefully (for the most part) Follow Adeline, our young heroine(esque) mermaid, as she learns her place in the world between the land and the sea. Adelines' adventurous and headstrong nature leads her to uncover the rich and mysterious history of her people, often to the dismay of her ‘Gal-Pal’ human companion Joan. The unlikely duo will go to no ends to find the secret histories of both humankind and merfolk alike, meeting several friends (and foes) along the way as they discover the truths of a long since buried past.
