In a world where Monsters hide within Human society, we begin with James Everett Mandel, a Teen Witch who has recently just moved back to his hometown. However, James has a poorly kept secret, he's an amnesiac. Eager to relearn about his home, he starts his first day at school. To his surprise, he strikes a magical connection with a rowdy blind student named Max. In a struggled attempt to speak with him, he later finds himself and Max deep underground with new creatures fighting for their lives.
