Every two years nine noble girls from the White Pearl Empire are selected to take part in the trials for the role of empress, since the immortality of the emperor became a problem in finding a new queen. Along them participates Natan, a noble girl from the Black Feather Kindom, who wishes to get to the throne not only to rule the empire, but also to solve the conflict that distanced the two kindoms for more than 100 years.
