After being transferred from the demon realm, Aiki is sent to the human realm to continue his education. In middle school, he's paired with a boy named Levy for a project, and their bond grows quickly leading Aiki to develop deep feelings. By high school, Levy becomes increasingly popular, drawing attention from many, especially a girl named Verne. She plans to confess, but a tragic incident ensures she never gets the chance.
