BUCKO is created by General Williams a 16 year old comic book writer/illustrator. Bucko is completely hand drawn no tablet or laptop strictly pencil and paper. The story of BUCKO is sweet and simple a 1920s-1930s cartoon character trying to save his girlfriend Cindy and sometimes his own skin from all whacky characters and situations.
