CHAOS Vol.1 is the story of Oliver, a young man born with the power to feel every single emotion he possibly can in a world where you are assigned one forever and cant feel beyond it. His world is tortured by the abyss and tears of emotion that spawn monsters. He works at H.A.P.P.Y. protecting what's left and trying to survive with his makeshift family.
