Cian studies magic in an academy for magicians. But she doesn't have any magical powers. The other students bully her and she's having a hard time. Things escalate, she gets attacked by a mysterious stranger, fights with her bully Bianca and finds out about a secret that changes her whole life. All leads to a dangerous journey full of obstacles, in which she's accompanied by a grumpy half-demon.
