The series takes place in a fictional Earth-like world named Myhlian that was originally populated by two humanoid races: human beings and Myhlilian. The story follows Alyane, a veteran of the Great Myhlilian War, who wants to avoid the resurgence of a conflict that threatens the existence of all living beings on the planet. Along with her friends, she will discover that a war of unimagined magnitude is about to break out.
