Chad Lively is a "Mildly Autistic" kid whose objective is becoming the coolest kid in the town of Caldroun, Massachusetts. he decides to start his quest on the first day of highschool, were his first act of coolness is saving Virgil Kisles, a shy awkward kid who is easily dragged around by Chad into his weird shenanigans.
