One year from now, Stray is destined to die in a suicide mission. Banned from the virtual world of E-den and a shut-in irl, all Stray wants is not to be alone. When he downloads a mysterious illegal program into his body to let him talk to people again, he becomes permanently marked as a criminal. The only gang that's willing to accept him happens to be his childhood heroes, but they want him for a suicide mission. But if that's what it takes to never be alone again, Stray's not looking back.
