In a world where living light bulbs make people’s creative ideas, those who don’t have a spark are seen as “Dim Bulbs” and often work unimportant jobs. One particular Dim Bulbs is Buddy, a kid who dreams of being a great adventure but who’s inventions never seem to work. Join the misadventures of Buddy, who works with a maintenance crew that fixes broken ideas.
