After a devastating culture war wipes out the earth in 2035, new societies emerge: one of those being Dispatera. In 2050, a civil war breaks out between the rich & the poor, dividing the country in half. During this war, a highly addictive drug called Terrabane is discovered. 30 years later, Keiko and Seth are racing against time—and each other—to figure out the secrets of Dispatera. One of them craves closure, as the other craves power. Will corruption be exposed or will history repeat itself?
