Carcosa was once the city of gods, but no more. Lake Hali had risen, and ended the reign of Hastur. Now, the lake is cursed to stay among the ruins of Carcosa, to reflect upon the destruction she'd caused to the gods, with only her warden as company. Unfortunately for the gods, Hali has other plans, now that she has this vast city all to herself.
