200 years ago, super-powered individuals appeared in the Nation's Capital. For a reason unknown to the public; a large, impenetrable dome appeared, trapping the 'infected' inside. Now days, Superpowers are the norm, but the dome has never opened. By using an ever-changing tunnel, criminals are sent in, the inside completely undocumented to the public. Are, a young, orphan boy, ventures inside the dome, looking for his sister. Her crime? He doesn't know. Updates Saturdays. (Hopefully!!)
