Kevin is someone who is favored by the system, the system is the government of every country coming together to make "perfect children" with fantastical powers, superb athletic ability, and amazing intellectual abilities. Kevin made one friend in his time being trained, Yuno. Yuno and Kevin were separated after the program but Yuno seemed to have missed his best friend a little TOO much and 9 years later, they coincidentally join the same school, Yuno's only goal is to get Kevin to fall for him.
