The water was infected 65 years ago, granting people abilities. However, this did not change the world for the better. In fact, all the people who abandoned their children born with these abilities were adopted by the local crime bosses, creating a world controlled and run by the 17 families. Each family having its own group of children and adults with abilities. The top crime family, led by Mr. Moose, adopted Michael, the strongest person with these mysterious abilities. No superheroes exist.
