The world of Hi-Scores takes place in 199X in America. When a mysterious package from the big video game company Kintansho arrives at the home of the Tsuji Kids, they must embark on a coast to coast adventure to get it to the rightful owners. They must do this while being chased by the evil SAGA corporation and rival gamers who want this mystery package for themselves.
