Felix Fell wants nothing more than to be left alone. Unfortunately, he is the only person alive who can see ghosts as the talking, floating, feeling people they still believe themselves to be, and sometimes they slip right in and take over. The one ghost who refuses to move on is Todd: a sharp-tongued, permanently nineteen-year-old poltergeist whose power and volatility seem to be unmatched by anything else he's ever seen.
