A small town begins to be haunted by a strange monster that preys on the impure. Ann, a nurse at the town's Asylum, begins to experience strange things. Her street is so quiet; life is draining out. She needs to discover what's happening and why she's being targeted. But she has to wonder, is any of this real? After all, monsters don't exist. But there isn't much time to figure it out.
