In the small town of Lulina lives a rumored beast that its locals call the "Chupacabra". Many have claimed to have seen it, but many others chalk it up to nonsense. After young coquí Raul learns of this creature, his interest is piqued and he makes it his mission to find this beast and prove to everyone that it isn't just a fairytale.
