Human minds were transferred into android bodies in a government experiment. Some of these human test subjects are lawful citizens, some have gone rogue. Amelia (the character in the thumbnail) was saved by the rogue test subject Leanna (see "Saving Amelia"). Now Amelia herself has a cybernetic hand and is trying to live her life as a skyboarding courier while volunteering in emergencies around Saharia City.
