Leah has always been tormented by creatures nobody else can see or touch; as terrifying as that sounds, living inanimate objects and wacky hybrid creatures are the norm for her. As far as she's concerned, life is pretty much normal...or at least until she meets Milo, a boy who turns everything he touches into glass.
