In a world where all people are either heroic or villainous, the reopened Youth Exploration and Reinforcement Corps is an organization which recruits adolescents of extraordinary talent and magical powers, for the purpose of observing strange phenomena and handing out justice to meddlesome criminals. Yusui, a shut in streamer and a skeptic when it comes to individual powers, decides to join YERC to experience life to the fullest: by going on an adventure and meeting both many friends and foes.
