Childhood friends and neighbors, Yara and Khai begin their final year at Stratford Military School, a prestigious school ruled by Khai's family. They share a deep bond, maybe too deep on Yara’s side...As members of High Society, they are required to attend a social gathering hosted by the Wainwrights. Trouble begins when the prince of Udral develops an interest in Yara after she rejects him. (This story is set in the mid-to-late 20th century, in a fictional country named Udral.)
