Mindy an American woman leaves her boring uneventful life in the US and, moves to her dream town in Japan! Mew~ Mew~ Mew~ Cats and Nekos are ALL the rage now! Mindy takes advantage of this and, opens a café centered around nekos and maids. Meanwhile 3 self aware and self dependent neko lab experiments escape captivity. They apply and are accepted. What will happen when Mindy realizes the truth and more importantly the risk they bring to the café?
