After a freak encounter, impulsive youth Cinna Annis becomes aware of his classroom supervisor, Guy Robyd’s confrontations with reality warping anomalies known as “Bugs” and is unwittingly pulled into his shenanigans. Faced with world-twisting phenomena and having to interact with several individuals who he never paid any mind to before, Cinna begins to realize that things are going to become far more complicated as Guy continues to work towards his dubious goals.
