As the annual charity race "Halloween Costume Run" is taking place, Glenn, a little kid on a red cape, and his friend Leyla, are very excited to be part of it. However, he is picked on and bullied by Terry, a teenage boy who would do anything to win the race. This sets up an intense rivalry between them, which will cause some surprising turn of events along the way. What comes next, is something greater than a medal...
