Panic Woman, also known as Mena Jacobs is set in 2023 Macadun (a fictional city) where evil animal vehicles scare human drivers. It is up to vigilantes like Mena to use super powers like panic attacks to attack the enemy animal cars and other vehicles including motorcycles.
