Poor Kyumi Nakamura spends most of her time traveling through her school halls with her arms full of lost library books. What Yumi eventually realizes is that one of these books is a one-way pass to the spirit world. While on the other side of the world, the young spirit of the moon, Kota Mitsuki patiently waits for his next sacrifice to come falling to his feet. Clutching the boundary to the human world in a book, he talks with the stars until a certain someone locks eyes with him.
