Los Otonos is your average small town on the California west coast. Except for the fact that it sits in the middle of the Paranormal Valley, which is declared as the largest hotspot for ghost activity! Right before this year's Halloween tourism celebrations, a string of murders start happening throughout town. Now it's up to Luis Ramirez a local high school psychic, and his friends to investigate what is happening and to save the Paranormal Valley!
