Long ago, humans were disowned by Mother Nature for their blatant disregard for the lives of their siblings, the fae, and were stripped of their spiritual connections with the earth. Now, though centuries have passed, the bad blood remains between the two groups. But every few decades, the earth mother chooses one human to prove their worth, granting them what their ancestors once possessed…magic.
