In the city of New Melone on planet Somewhere, Bay, one of the last few of his alien species, believes that he can find another of his kin. With the help of his terran friend Evan, he tries to leave his message on the mainstream net. Failing, he lives as a trouble-maker being pursued by the authorities for petty crimes. One day, his petty crimes let him to steal something that will make his name known.
