This story explores two different experiences, Childhood and adulthood, in two different timelines. In 2007, 15-year-old Jen (Jenna) is stuck in a very bad place and monitored day in and day out. At the same time 16-year-old Cassie is just trying to survive in a big family after the death of her father. In 2017, Cassie and Jen are trying to figure out how to move on with their lives and try and find peace when old memories and people resurface.
