Quicksilver, the person who saved our world many years ago. No one knows who this hero is, but everyone knows their name. Edgar, a rebellious teen boy, has dreams of saving the world just like Quicksilver did, but in his own way. He wants to take down an all-powerful government group called the Arsenal. So when he happens upon Quicksilver one night, he decides this is his chance, his chance to take down the Arsenal once and for all.
