Hello, here is my short fan-comic about a trip to Tartarus through yourself :D. All the characters (Will and Nico) belong to the "Percy Jackson" universe. “Shadow work” is a practice where you can go into your subconsciousness (your shadow part) to heal your inner wounds. It's a deep meditative state where you can have an out-of-body experience and project yourself into a particular place in your body (usually into the area where trauma is stored).
