Hatsu was a normal highschool boy… or so he remembers. After waking up from a 3 year coma he lost his memories, but one thing is for sure: the world changed. Electric monsters roam outside, almost killing everyone they touch. The human race is now working together to try to stop them. They say that Hatsu is the only hope they have left, but he just wants to figure out… something… at least how this all started.
