After a decade of living in the shadows, the cannibalistic serial killer known only as the Raine Ripper pushes the country of Ostrad to its limits. The serial killer descends into the outskirts of the city into a small village of immigrants that fled from an apocalypse. A shy jam maker named Cecelia is his next victim, until she realizes he's smitten with her! His unrequited love for her is only made more complicated when it’s discovered that the notorious man eater isn’t even human at all.
