Cyrrha is a Devil: an anomaly even in a land of monsters. She's lived a strange and sheltered life in The Dark Below, mostly spent reading to ghosts, hanging out with demons, and pulling pranks on her omnipotent father Daimon. It was fun! But now she’s all grown up and wants to do more with her life. So, in spite of her father’s concern, she has decided to leave home and go on a grand adventure: the mortals call it "college."
