On a hectic night in upstate New York, vampires Milán and Naomi catch wind of an unbearably alluring aroma and drop everything to pursue it. The scent leads to Reese Lush, a man born with a rare blood type that attracts all manner of supernatural creatures. Vampires have a name for humans with this one-in-a-billion blood: Nectarines.
