Marik Cross is a transfer military worker in charge of helping the Lyhanian government with research. He was born in a family without magical heritage and doesn't have any powers himself. He finds himself partnered up with a spunky person, Blair, who can manipulate the mood of a room. Together, they help research unusual magical events as well as a few odd jobs. However when things start getting weird, it starts getting harder to know who you can trust.
