Every few decades, a cupid is assigned a human. The cupid's job is to watch over their love life, and steer them towards their soulmate. Bryony is a very accomplished cupid, who, so far has always been able to sort out her humans. Recently though, she has been having trouble with it, and is forced to team up with her ex-boyfriend, Jay, to get their respective humans together, causing them, and Bryony's roommate Charlie, to explore the reality of their pasts.
