Over the past centuries, people have mastered magic, using artifacts to release mana and witchcraft. Now, in the XXI century, all artifacts have been exhausted, and magical creatures are forced to adapt to a non-magical reality. However, one harpy discovers the ability to convert mana into a magic stream. This was made possible thanks to her friend, whose soul is a reborn pet familiar. But both of them are not the only ones who know about this phenomenon.
