Gretchen lives alone, sleeping away most of her time, content with nothingness. Until she starts having strange dreams involving a cat, and the waking world and the dream world become entwined. Through the journey she makes friends and confronts nightmares that gradually become more and more prevalent, while Gretchen finds happiness for the first time in companionship. This story was inspired by the loneliness found in recent years and I wanted to make something a little hopeful.
